A few quick answers.
How do I create a profile?
Open the App, sign up with your email (you'll receive a 6-digit verification code), Apple, or Google, then complete the onboarding steps for your role.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account. If you cannot access your account, email support@crewdeck.gr. See the Privacy Policy for deletion, backup and legal-retention details.
I'm not receiving my verification email.
Check your spam folder, make sure the email address is correct, and tap "Resend code" after the countdown. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us.
How do I hide my profile or set myself as "on a job"?
In the Crew dashboard you can toggle your job status. You can also make your profile private from Settings → Edit Profile.
How do I block or report another user?
Open that user's profile and use the block or report option. Blocked users can no longer see your profile or contact you.
Is CrewDeck free?
Yes, CrewDeck is currently free to use.
