Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 June 2026

1. Overview

CrewDeck (the "Platform") comprises the website located at crewdeck.gr and the upcoming CrewDeck mobile application. The Platform is currently in a pre-launch phase. The Platform is operated by Victoria Tsintaraki, an individual based in Greece. Once launched, we will be an online intermediary platform that connects marine professionals (crew) with employers and companies in the maritime industry. We do not handle payments between users or guarantee employment.

2. We are not an employer

CrewDeck acts solely as an intermediary. We are not an employer, employment agency, manning agent, or party to any agreement reached between users. Any work, engagement, or contract is concluded directly and independently between the crew member and the employer/company, who are solely responsible for their relationship, terms, payment, and compliance with applicable maritime and labour law.

3. Waitlist & Communications

By joining our waitlist, you agree that we may collect your email address and use it to send you news, updates, and marketing communications about the upcoming Platform launch. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

4. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use CrewDeck. You are responsible for the information you submit and must provide accurate and lawful details. You must keep your account credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

5. Profiles & Content

Profiles are provided by users. CrewDeck does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of profiles, availability, qualifications, certificates, or licences. You must independently verify any professional, company, or vessel before engaging with them.

6. Availability

Availability is optional. If enabled, your profile may appear in date-based searches. You can disable availability at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

CrewDeck is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, dispute, unpaid wages, or incident arising from interactions, agreements, work, or communications between users, or from reliance on any profile or content. You use the platform at your own risk.

8. Content, safety & disputes

Objectionable content and abusive behaviour are not tolerated. You can report any profile using the 'Report' button, and we may remove content or block users who violate our standards, with human review of such decisions. Disputes between users must be resolved directly between the parties; CrewDeck is not a party to and does not arbitrate those disputes.

9. Governing law & contact
